Code of Conduct
Your safety and enjoyment are our prime concerns.
We want to ensure that you have as much fun as possible in a safe environment. You must read the Slope Code of Conduct carefully, and abide by them during your visit with us, as it is important for everyone on the slope:
- Respect all other slope users.
- Control your speed.
- Always give way to skiers/riders below and choose a route past so as not to endanger or alarm them.
- Leave plenty of space when overtaking.
- Look up and down the slope before starting, or entering the slope.
- Always stop in a clearly visible place or, preferably, at the side of the slope.
- When climbing up or down the slope always keep to the side.
- Respect all signage.
- In the event of an accident everybody is duty bound to assist and witnesses must provide relevant information about any accident.
- SNO!zone reserves the right to ask you to leave the slope if you are deemed by an SNO!zone employee not to be abiding by the Slope Code of Conduct. In such cases no refund will be given.
- To use the slope recreationally, without supervision, you must be able to link your turns, control your speed and use a button lift.
