What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time of your activity to allow for ticket collection and getting your equipment.  It is better to be here early, relax and have a look around before the fun begins.
Our friendly Reception team will need the full name of the person who made the booking. Once you have met our Reception team you will be directed to collecting any equipment you may need for your experience. Someone from the Snozone team will then meet you at the lesson or session meeting point and take you out onto the snow. Those booking a lift pass are free to join the slope at the start time stated on their ticket.
Monday to Friday, term time, is often the quietest time at Snozone, however you must pre-book all activities as we are not presently admitting walk up custom as par of our response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  You can also check our events page on our website.  We do require full payment to secure your booking.
At our Madrid, Milton Keynes and Yorkshire locations you'll be on real snow so wrap up warm in waterproof jackets and trousers - gloves are a must!

For hygiene reasons ski jackets, salopettes, gloves and socks are not available to hire at our UK locations, but can be purchased at the Snozone shop for very reasonable prices.  Clothing is available to hire at our Madrid location.

All of your ski and snowboard equipment (boots, skis, board, poles and helmets) are included in the ticket price and are thoroughly cleaned between every use.

You are welcome to bring your own helmet, otherwise they will be given out by one of our team members at the equipment hire desk.

You can bring your own equipment.  Children will receive a 10% disount if they bring their own equipment.  If you bring your own boots you can store your footwear in our rental area whilst using the slopes.

Gloves and socks can be purchased in our shops.

At Skizone Basingstoke, we request that you wear a long pair of socks, tracksuit bottoms or leggings, and a long sleeved t-shirt.  We advise you to wear something comfortable and loose fitting.  No specialist ski gear is required, though gloves are compulsory.  Gloves are available to purchase at our Skizone Reception.
Our group lessons are segmented into adult and juniors so we can tailor the tuition to the relevant age group.  If you would like to learn together as a family then we would recommend one of our private lessons.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be purchased online or at each venue.
Yes you can take pictures or videos on the slopes, however, please consider other slope users and their privacy, as well as your own safety and that of our guests.  Snozone do not take any responsibility for any damage or accidents caused by guests taking their own photos.  We may request that you refrain from this activity, should it be deemed unsafe or in breach of our privacy policy.
We require 72 hours notice to transfer your booking.  All transfers or refunds are subject to a £5 fee in the UK or a €5 fee in Madrid.
