Keep the kids active this Summer!

Are you looking for fresh things to do with the kids in the summer holidays?

We still have a few weeks ahead of us before we start the ‘back to school’ routine and if you’re reverting to juggling working with childcare, you could be forgiven for thinking screens are a convenient way to occupy children’s time.  
 
Children aged 5-18 years need at least 1 hour of aerobic exercise per day, taken all at once, with children aged under 5 years spreading out at least 3 hours of exercise daily.  As parents, we know that children will be more eager to participate if they enjoy what they’re doing, so how about learning to ski and snowboard at Snozone Milton Keynes and Snozone Yorkshire?
