How to keep the kids active during the Easter holidays
With Easter almost upon us are you looking for fresh things to do with the kids during the holidays?

Two weeks may normally pass quite quickly but if you’re not packing your suitcases and heading to the airport a fortnight entertaining children can seem like quite a challenge especially if the weather is not on your side!

After the last couple of years, we all know the importance of exercising, reducing the screen time that may have crept up during enforced periods at home, as well as spending focused time with our families.  With the potential of more sugar consumption in the form of Easter eggs, it’s worth remembering that children from 5-18 years should be doing a minimum of an hour’s concentrated daily aerobic exercise, with younger children needing at least 3 hours of exercise spread throughout the day.

Now that pandemic restrictions have largely been lifted, Snozone’s school holiday camps are back in operation and in addition to ski & snowboarding lessons, we include life skill sessions such as first aid training, sign language lessons and Spanish lessons. These take place across a whole week, so children have the chance to make new friends, build confidence and stay active.

We also have indoor soft play to keep little ones entertained while older brothers and sisters are learning to ski and snowboard at Milton Keynes and Yorkshire.

In addition to our school holiday camps, ski and snowboard lessons at Snozone Milton Keynes & Snozone Yorkshire are available throughout the holidays as usual.  Learn all together as a family in our very popular family private lessons, or book a fun sledging session on real snow followed by a delicious home cooked meal in our Alpine Kitchen restaurants.
Also, we  have the new Snozone Interactive experience at Snozone Yorkshire utilising cutting edge touch-screen gaming technology to immerse yourselves in fantasy, sports or educational worlds for 45 minutes of high energy fun!

Whatever you decide to do this Easter we wish you a happy holiday and hope you can focus on making new memories that will last a lifetime at Snozone.
