The Alpine Kitchen at Snozone just became even more sustainable!

Our Alpine Kitchen restaurants in Snozone Milton Keynes and Snozone Yorkshire have always provided great dining – and with a unique viewing area. Somewhere to meet, eat and enjoy watching the action taking place on our indoor real snow slopes.
We have recently partnered with River Coffee and a key focus of theirs is on creating a positive environmental impact through zero waste and tree planting projects. They supply all their items to us in packaging that's made from a plant-based starch and recycled paper which is certified home compostable. Like our own initiative with Tree Nation, they also plant trees to offset their carbon emissions. This means that the more coffee you drink, the more we order and as a result, more trees get planted.
Our stock soft drinks are now supplied through Britvic. Similar to us River Coffee are committed to reducing their direct carbon emissions across all platforms of their business. All of their drinks will be supplied to us in recyclable bottles with no use of plastic whatsoever and their cans are recyclable.
We also now retail CanO water in our restaurants, a mineral water company which started out with a mission to reduce single use plastic. The water now comes in 100% recycled aluminium cans.
Along with our new partners, we have also now fully disposed of plastic condiment sachets, plastic straws, and plastic packaging from our food & beverage suppliers.
In addition, at the start of July, we launched our new food and beverage menu which includes an array of traditional favourites, more healthier options than before and of course, an array of Alpine dishes.
